Once you place your order, we will assign a developer to work for you. Whenever possible, work will commence within two working days of receiving your order. We will email you with the commencement details as soon as the arrangements are in place.

Your assigned developer will work exclusively for you during your daily support period and will send you an introductory email at the start of the first shift. The message will include instant messenger contact details. Your developer will then be online in instant messenger throughout your support period each day. You can contact your developer via email as well.

All of our developers work from first-class technology parks in India with stable electricity (100% backup), uninterruptible power supply (UPS), redundant ISPs (different providers) and structured network facilities.

You control the process

By hiring a dedicated developer, you retain control over the development process. You assign tasks and provide project specifications to your assigned developer. The developer then reports directly back to you. You can directly interact with the developer to ensure that work is being carried out to your satisfaction, and you can adjust your project specifications and task priorities along the way as you see fit. You can assign as many or as few projects to your developer as you like. Although you handle the project management, we provide basic supervision as well to ensure that your assigned staff attend work on time and work diligently while on duty.

Work Times

Our developers work five days per week (Monday to Friday). Full-time developers work 8 hours per day (including a meal break) and part-time developers work 4 hours per day (including a meal break). Our developers work during one of the following three shifts:

» 6am-2pm local time
» 2pm-10pm local time
» 10pm-6am local time

For the health and welfare of our staff regular shift rotation is necessary. This means that generally your assigned developer will change shifts on a monthly basis. Even during months where there is less overlap between your assigned developer's working hours and your own work hours, work can still continue effectively. Simply provide your assigned developer with work instructions via email prior to each shift.

Naturally staff absences can occur from time to time. If your assigned developer is away, then we will record the absence and inform you of it. Once three or more days are owing to you then you can request that we work those days. We will then assign a developer to work the days owing for you.
