Never. At Captain Android, all staff are employees of our company and work from our offices. They are full-time employees of the company and sign employment contracts which have specific conditions outlined regarding copyright, intellectual property rights and non-disclosure.

3. Are all your staff fluent in English?

All of our staff can communicate clearly in written English so that they can understand your instructions and communicate with you clearly on all relevant issues.

4. How can I communicate with your staff?

You can contact your assigned staff member via instant messenger at any time while they are on duty, and by email too. Skype voice chat can also be offered via prior arrangement.

5. Whom do the staff report to?

You retain direct control of the development process. You assign work directly to your assigned staff and your assigned staff report directly back to you, so you can set priorities, monitor progress and adapt their workflow as you see fit.

Your assigned Android developers will use Android Studio and the official Android SDK for your native app developer. Your iOS developers will have access to Apple Mac workstations with iOS SDK, Xcode and the general development tools.

Your assigned staff will test your apps utilizing the official emulator provided by Google/ Apple. They will also be able to test your applications on generic Android and iOS mobile device. If you need the app to be tested on specific devices, you would need to arrange that at your end.

The apps should only be uploaded to the official app store utilizing your own developer account so that you retain control of the app. You will need to directly purchase the developer account from Google or Apple. Your assigned developer(s) can assist you with uploading your apps to the respective stores.

Customer confidentiality is our business. As part of the sign-up process we enter into a legally binding agreement with you which includes relevant non-disclosure clauses.
